    Adrian is the best! I’ve been with her for two years and it’s been a joy. She pushes you to reach your full potential and doesn’t let you stay complacent. I highly recommend her. She’s truly been a blessing in my life

    Adrian and Adronni are the absolute best! I am obsessed with their workouts. I was never a "class" person before barre - but find these workouts incredibly rewarding both physically and mentally. They can be challenging but it all moves so quick the workout seems to go by in the blink of an eye. The music is so fun, instruction is on point and they teach technique needed to get the most of your workout. I was never a dancer and love how these classes combine the basics of barre, cardio, abs, arms, legs (you name it) to the mix! The workouts burn tons of calories and are just so much fun!
